Hi, I'm Nicole, founder of By Grace Wedding Co., and I'm so glad you're here.

I believe every couple deserves to enjoy their engagement and wedding day without feeling overwhelmed by timelines, vendor coordination, or last-minute details. My passion is creating calm, organized celebrations that allow you to be fully present while I take care of everything behind the scenes.

Planning my own wedding showed me firsthand how valuable it is to have someone you trust guiding every detail. That experience inspired me to create By Grace Wedding Co., where my mission is simple: to provide personalized planning and coordination that makes every wedding feel effortless, meaningful, and uniquely yours.

As a Certified Wedding & Planning Professional (CWPP), I combine thoughtful organization, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail to create a seamless experience from your first consultation to your final send-off. Whether you need Month-of Coordination or Full Planning, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

Based in Northern California, I proudly serve couples throughout California and am available for destination weddings worldwide. Wherever your love story takes you, I'd be honored to help bring your vision to life.

When I'm not coordinating weddings, you'll usually find me exploring Northern California, spending time with my husband and our Doberman, Zuko, or finding new ways to create calm, meaningful wedding experiences. Since launching By Grace Wedding Co., I've had the privilege of coordinating weddings throughout Northern California and continue to grow alongside each incredible couple I serve.
