Beginning 30 days before your wedding, I'll step in to finalize every detail, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy the weeks leading up to your celebration. I'll serve as the primary point of contact for your vendors, create a customized wedding day timeline, confirm final logistics, coordinate your rehearsal, and oversee every detail on your wedding day to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
This package is designed to give you complete peace of mind, allowing you to be fully present while I manage the logistics behind the scenes.
Optional Add-Ons
Rehearsal Coordination (+$200)
For couples who would like professional guidance during their wedding rehearsal, I'll guide your wedding party and immediate family through the ceremony processional and recessional, answer last-minute questions, and ensure everyone feels confident and prepared before the big day.
60-Day Venue Walkthrough (+$100)
Approximately 60 days before your wedding, we'll meet at your venue to walk through the space together, discuss layout and logistics, review your vision, and address any questions before the final stages of planning begin.

Beginning 120 days before your wedding, this package builds upon the Month-of Coordination package by providing additional planning support, personalized guidance, and expert recommendations throughout the final months leading up to your wedding.
In addition to everything included in the Month-of Coordination package, you'll receive planning meetings, vendor recommendations, contract guidance, design and décor assistance, budget support, seating chart and floor plan guidance, timeline development, and regular planning check-ins.
You'll enjoy the excitement of planning your own wedding while having professional guidance and support every step of the way.

This package includes budget planning and tracking, vendor research and management, design and styling assistance, planning meetings, timeline creation, complete wedding day coordination, vendor communication, and ongoing support throughout the planning process.
From your first planning meeting to your final send-off, you'll have a trusted planner by your side to guide every decision with confidence, allowing you to enjoy your engagement knowing every detail is thoughtfully planned and professionally managed.
For weddings booked more than 12 months in advance, additional planning support may be quoted separately based on your wedding date, planning timeline, and the level of assistance requested.
